I am a single mother of four. I am currently unemployed for a little over a year. In the past fourteen months my rental home was destroyed by a tree falling on it. All of my furniture and belonging were lost or destroyed because we couldn't get back into the house. The same week I also blew the engine in my car and lost my job. I moved in with a relative who turned out to violent and mad threats with weapons. My sixteen year old son was diagnosed as bipolar and that led to a year long battle of getting him under control. My daughter is suffering from PTSD after being attacked so I am home schooling her for her senior year because she literally went into panic and asthma attacks every time she entered the school bldg. The relative I was staying with ( my father) committed a murder suicide in december which greatly impacted my youngest son who was close to both victims. I have arranged for counselors to work with the kids to rectify their issues since last August. I have been blessed that I have replaced all of the household items thanks to blessing from others. I have not been able to get my vehicle repairs. I have had to turn down 4 jobs because they weren't on the bus route. I need a vehicle to finally get back on my feet. The repairs should cost between 800 - 1200 dollars. The vehicle is owned free and clear. I would appreciate any assistance with getting this vehicle repaired so I can get back to work. I'm down to 9 weeks of unemployment left. Before this I had not been unemployed in over 10 years. I have over 20 years of administrative support, mgmt and customer service experience.
